Chocolate Wasteland

All right guys, so my college (pvcc) is so cool that we had an awesome real artist do a demo for us. her name is Shelby Fischer and i urge all of you to view her artwork, its amazing!
but anyways, so in this demo she brought all of her art making materials and had us make collages based off of her artworks.
It was really simple. She said she just picks pictures and paper that catch her eye.

So even though this might be very long i want to give the process on how I made this collage.

First, I picked a piece of construction paper, next among the scraps of textured paper I picked some that caught my eye. I then arranged the papers in a way i liked and glued them down.
Next I went through her pictures(she brought hundreds!) just picking out images that i liked. I brought them back and arranged them in ways that i liked. However, my drawing teacher was giving out halloween candy and i couldnt eat any. so to satisfy myself i through in candy wrappers and the horse cut out is actually shaded with chocolate!XD

This was an amazingly fun thing to do and i recommend that everyone tries to do one of these collages.
